Optiras welcomes the Secretary State of the Sea

Water Quality Lab visit, INL

On June 16th, INL welcomed the Secretary State of the Sea, José Maria Costa. This was an excellent opportunity to present Optiras's advancements in contributing to sustainable growth within the aquaculture sector and showcase the innovative sensors currently developing.

The visit was attended by José Carlos Simão (DGRM Director General), Ricardo Segurado (DGRM sub-Director General), Maria Isabel Silva (DGPM Director General), Julieta Ribeiro (DGPM sub-Director General), and Pedro Gonçalves (Advisor at the Secretary's DGPM Office).

This visit was part of the "Governo+Próximo" initiative, which aims to raise awareness of entities actively involved in the economic growth of Portugal, particularly research centres focused on the Blue Growth program.
